The production process of the Marine Hydraulic Steering System for Outboard includes three main stages. First, high-strength and corrosion-resistant materials such as high-quality steel and aluminum alloy are selected, cut, and pre-processed. Then, components such as hydraulic pumps and cylinders are CNC machined and welded to ensure their precision and sealing, and then assembled according to the design drawings to ensure the perfect combination of all components. Finally, the entire system is subject to rigorous pressure testing and functional testing to verify its performance and safety under high-pressure environments. Through this series of fine processes, each product is ensured to have excellent reliability and control experience.

This feature is suitable for most ships below 150hp. To achieve faster and more stable steering, we are equipped with a 27cc hydraulic pump and check valve. 

This pump has a larger flow rate, allowing for quicker response and smoother operation of the ship's steering mechanism. This is particularly advantageous in critical situations where swift and precise steering is required.

The check valve acts as a one-way flow control device, allowing hydraulic fluid to flow in one direction while preventing any backflow. By doing so, it ensures that the hydraulic steering system remains unaffected by water waves and maintains its intended operation. This is crucial in maintaining stability and control over the ship, especially in rough sea conditions.
